Kara Daniels is the Assistant Director of Membership and Events at the Civic Committee. In this role, she supports the Director of Membership and Events on the planning and execution of Civic Committee programs, as well as assisting with the operational objectives of Commercial Club membership. Kara also manages the Commercial Club’s membership database.

Before joining the Civic Committee, Kara worked for the Chicago Council on Global Affairs on the fundraising team as the Development Operations Manager and previously as the Events Officer.

Kara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Auburn University and a Master of Arts in Global Studies from the Rawling School of Divinity. In her free time, she enjoys frequenting coffee shops, playing tennis, and hanging out with her dog, Murphy.
