Lauracyn Duncan joined the Civic Committee in the summer of 2024 as an Accounting Manager. Prior to joining, Lauracyn has led the finance and administration functions of several non-profit organizations focusing on areas of data collection, reporting, policies, procedures, internal controls, office relocations, IT infrastructure, and continuous improvement. Lauracyn holds an MBA with Distinction from Keller Graduate School of Management and a BS with Honors from Illinois State University.
