Amberly is a Policy Manager at the Civic Committee focusing on its Chicago technology initiative, P33. She joined the team after working as the Acting Assistant Director of the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. Amberly also held roles with the Illinois Governor’s Office, focusing on education systems and data projects. Prior to that Amberly was a consultant at Accenture. Amberly holds a degree in computer science and psychology with a minor in Russian language and culture from Duke University. When she’s not at work, Amberly enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, hiking, boating, and spoiling her dog, Stella.
